Presentation Enhancement - Improve design, flow and feel of my property investment / development webinar pitch

Hello designers and presentation professionals, I have an easy job for you to take my real estate / property development presentation that I plan to use for a webinar, and improve on its look, feel, flow and ability to communicate the key messages in the pitch, which I am presenting this Wednesday 21nd Aug, 12pm Australian time. The target market are property investors, right across the spectrum. People in small business, older retirees, younger first home buyers. However, under 55's are seeking "affordability" and those over 55 are seeking to "Bridge the superannuation (like the 401k in the USA) Gap" due to loosing a large percentage of it from the Global Financial Crisis. You will have great experience in the design/presentation/copy and the multimedia space, that will allow you to make light work of this job. Please provide me with a portfolio of your previous work. I will be appointing the successful applicant as soon I see your portfolio. Once The moment I see what Im looking for I will be awarding the lucky presentation star! (within the next 24 hours). I will then provide you with the power point slide deck I've created, and notes, images, video. On completion you will provide me with the enhanced power point presentation plus any fonts I will require.
