11593 Widget Graphic design

I have a application i need some design work on. Basically, i have a photoshop document with a pretty slick design for a "meal planner" desktop widget. The original designer is no longer able to do anymore work. I need someone to "extend" the design and add a registration "form" and an intro "page" in the same "style" as the current design. I also need this person to do some basic rollover states and such.
