Animation required

I would like to request fixed price bids for a short animation. The animation needs to be in the style of the film F is for Fail. [login to view URL] The film is made with letters forming the raster image I am just after dots or squares or what ever looks best we can decide that at the beginning. Please pay particular attention to the I, L, Q, T U, V, W, X, Y and Z in the film this will give you a good idea of what I am looking for. I am looking for movement and emotion most of all. The person that made the film F is for fail told me he used a combination of Vectoraster, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects, He made it many years ago so easier ways to produce the same effect may exist. Ultimately its up to you how you intend to complete the project as long as it is as requested. You will need to confirm that you can complete the assignment in the requested style. I have attached a story board with some elements removed and some covered up as I want to maintain the privacy of the project. If you are the bid selected, I will give you the complete story board and give the option to confirm you still want the job. (please note there are no additional slides just more information to what is to be on the slides. I will be contracting a voice over artist to read the script and provide you with the sound to accompany the animation. It will be your responsibility to ensure the voice matches the location of the animation, flow speed etc. I am not entirely sure how the animation process works but if you need me to provide video to use in Vectoraster I can but you will need to let me know in your bid. Please also explain what else you will need from me. I have tried to provide pictures of what I had in mind for each section of the story but I cant draw so I have had to use what I could find. I want you to be able to utilize your creative ability and by no means do I want to use the pictures supplied they are simply a guide for what I am imagining. I am also open to the idea of adding music if you think it will help get the message across. You can suggest some music or I also may be able to ask a friend to put something together he writes music in his spare time. The reason for the animation is to get a company I am targeting to agree to something I am asking for, so instead of going into the meeting and just talking I want to have the presentation talk for me. This is not a money making endevour it is just a really good cause that I am hoping to help. It is really important that the emotion of the story is displayed and communicated well through the animation. But I am sure along the way you will suggest things for me to change and I will ask for small changes to be made. I accept that its an organic process to some degree but I have tried to give you as much information as possible to make it easier to base your price on. It would be really helpful if you could show me some of your work in the style of animation I am looking for so that I am sure that you can do it. I hope I have given you enough information but if not please just ask. Please also give a time frame for completion once you have been given the go ahead to start. Please note there will be approximately a week delay from the time bids are completed till work can commence.
