Dear Client, I have done numerous works similar to your map. I use GIS software to make the data, and stylize it in adobe illustrator for a final look. I assure timely and satisfactory delivery. I suggest that the map can have a more minimal tone for the latitude and longitude to give a sense of location reference. The color palette would be more of a blue contrast, as the data is for precipitation. Moreover, I can have the boundary color in red and black dotted line. The legend, can be easily fit inside the data area, giving the map a more professional look. I have a question regarding the data intervals.
