Flash media Server - serverside actionscript coding

We need someone to add additional code to an existing [login to view URL] file. The code will send the client's stats (specifically the username that is sent from the client's swf file -this is already established- and the amount of bytes sent out) to a database via a php file, using server side loadvars and/or using serverside shared objects. Php knowledge would be preferable but not necessary. No access to the server will be given. We will provide the existing code and will need you to make additions to it. After we test it and confirm that it is working, the payment will be make. No escrow payments will be made. The budget for this task is $30. This task will also serve as a qualifier for future projects with our FMS applications. Thank you.
