Cleaning Service Website Design

We are a small Cleaning Service company that is looking for a good Website Designer to help us out. We were gonna tackle this by ourselves, but I just want to make sure I am not missing anything or not totally screwing it up. I pretty much have it down, but I think we need some expertise to maybe take the site to the next level. We already have ALL GRAPICS and text or wording for the site. We even have the actual HTML pages ([login to view URL]) from our old site that was very beginner and basic. We have been researching and I even built a website design on Sitecube that is all Flash. We love the Flash but don't really think we want the whole thing in Flash... It was a bit to "much" for a cleaning service site.... I guess. So with that said, we would maybe like a flash company logo streaming in to focus or whaterever when the website loads, but not a whole Flash Intro.....those do nothing but irritate people I think.... I know I just always hit the "skip Intro" button. So while we are basically at start up stage, we do have an image and materials to run with.... Thanks.
