Add media page to web site

Please see attached for mockup of what I need. All three videos mentioned below have been converted to flv and are ready to go. 1. add Blue "New" tab to all pgs above the MEDIA tab 2. add MEDIA page that links from media button on main menu. PSD for the page will be provided. 3. create permanent video window (skin) in media pg and have Play NOW buttons active to play clips. Screen needs to stay black until movie starts. 4. Update the Press page with about 3 more links. You can see you will need to add 3 clips in total to the media page. I also need to be able to do future video updates to the the media page easily myself. This is urgent and I need this done today! Please don't bid if you can't deliver today.
