91418 Two Flash Banners for website

I need two new unique flash banners created for my website [login to view URL], to replace the one currently there (shown at the top of each page). One will be for the gallery section of the site & the other for the non-gallery pages. They must contain the same site links (as the current one) plus an additional link called press that is not on the current banner. The logo for the site has changed so I'll need to incorporate the new logo as well. The attachment is a really small graphic of the new logo.
