Hello, Please take a look my past FEA feedback and portfolio about ANSYS FEA. I can send you examples of FEA reports where I described all contacts, bolts evaluation, mesh quality and other parametrs. About evaluation of screw bosses: there are few approaches. First it is make 3d model of screw with threads on screw and hole, next is make FEA and check equivalent stress limit. Second: create bonded contact or beam contact and extract Axial and shear forces and than calculate it by hand in excel sheet. Please feel free ask me any questions.
