URGENT: Need Excel File to Track My Work

I'm offering someone $5.00 to do something that should be real quick....it's not I have no idea how to do it. But if you know Excel, this will probably just take you 10 minutes. I need an EXCEL file to help me keep track of my writing assignments. I need to let me keep track of my clients name, the project I'm working on for them, what day they need it by, how much they're supposed to pay me, and how much they've paid. Need it done tonight.
