Hi there, I am experienced with such issues. Due to my experience this can be opened by normal Excel editor specifying the correct delimiter (comma in this case). However, not always works. For this case I can build a small script to transform it in a csv file to be easily opened by Excel. You'll have access to the script as well with explanations after completing the project.
