The HR/Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing a bi-weekly payroll for 600 employees in addition to performing a variety of Human Resources administrative functions, including front desk reception. Responsibilities also include payroll processing, reporting, responding to employee and manager questions, administering the time and attendance system (Kronos) and assisting with HR projects and employee relations events. Qualified candidates must have previous payroll processing experience (exempt and non-exempt) and above average proficiency with Microsoft Wor, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Professional communication skills in person and on the telephone, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are needed.
