Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

I am a pilot in the process of converting my paper logbook to digital. I need the attached spreadsheet filled out using the information from the photos of my logbook (PDF). There are nine pages of logbooks with approx 171 lines to be completed. The only columns in the spreadsheet that need filled in are: Date DATE TYPE IDENT FROM TO Remarks LDG DAY LDG NITE PIC DURATION PIC and Duration will be the same time entered in the ME column from the logbook photo. If work is satisfactory for these nine pages, I will have additional work to follow.
