I have the basic design for an excel sheet i am devising, and need help to input the date format so that it automatically changes from date of first entry. Each sheet is for one year - utilising work days only. If start date entered in to relevant field is a Wednesday, for example, I would like Monday & Tuesday to be greyed out automatically. Then I would like all cells that are not required to have amounts adjusted manually, locked to prevent any accidental or erroneous changing of formula. Each sheet is to be password protected also using a PIN sequence of four digits. The only columns to be changable are as below: E3 - to enter starting capital - this cell only G5 to end of year line to enter daily growth H6 to end of year line also All formulas are required to be checked also to ensure that these are correct. (My skill at this is basic, but I have attempted to include these to indicate the requirements.) You can see the image as attached for the basic design I am interested in and the section 'START DATE' as in blue is the field where the start date should be. So... if this date was entered as for 11th October 2023 - then the above two should be greyed out as they will not be used - ths greying should be from column B to column H.
