Hey, just so as I understand this correctly, the data that you shared is the backend data that will be updated from this form we create. This form will be used to enter the data and then say on click of a button, the data will be added in a new row below the existing data. Is this understanding correct? Based on this, I can say that there are two ways to go about it, one is something called as 'userform' in excel and other is a form created by combining fields in excel. I would recommend that a userform be created because it is more efficient in such tasks. Do you have any preference? Please let me know.
