I have 6 years of experience that include data analyst skills along with customer service/sales.
I am currently a virtual assistant for a real estate company based in the US. I help the team with some reports on Google sheet such as; appointments completion, call volume handled, and quality evaluations rates. On top of that I manage the appointments calendar, I evaluate the quality the calls and provide feedback to the agents.
Before this experience, I worked for 2 years in a call center as a data analyst where I developed my skills using Microsoft Excel.
I helped two different campaigns to measure our metrics by creating different reports from scratch with solid and clear visuals.
I created, updated, and managed daily and historical reports about backlog, customer satisfaction, service level, average handled time, productivity, quality scores, etc.
In addition, I helped my managers to create and handle the sheets for bonuses calculations.
Before being the data analyst in that call center, I worked as a customer service representative for a technical support campaign where I developed my soft skills, my ability to help others and my technical knowledge.
