I am looking for someone highly experienced in web scraping related programming. I will have an Excel document that consists of four columns and thousands of rows containing the following data: - Email Address - Website Name - Category - URL The web scraper tool will need to have the capability to view the URL and pull/classify each row based on certain keywords that it will need to scan the website for. More details will be provided to qualified applicants. In your bid, please include your experience with developing previous web scraping related tools. I want to hire someone who has done something similar, and can show an example of a project they have completed that is web-scraping related. The most qualified person will be contacted. I am seeking someone who knows how to manage their time and complete a project ON TIME. I am also looking for someone who will be able to make adjustments and improvements (future work) -- there WILL be future work that is needed (and will be paid for) :) Candidates from the following regions are preferred, but anyone can apply: Ukraine, Russia, China, Romania, Czech Republic, United States, Canada, United Kingdom.
