Format and Style: - The video series will follow a tutorial format, providing step-by-step instructions and demonstrations. - The style will be informative and educational, ensuring that viewers can easily understand and apply the concepts. - I need one Promo video that is less than 60 seconds long for Instagram and have dynamic editing. It should direct the audience to my YouTube channel. - I need one Full Length video of Day 1. It should be about 20 minutes long, contain the Intro, Warmup, Supersets 1,2,3 and 4, and the Stretch. -All sections of both the Promo and the Full Length video should have captions using my voice cuing. Target Audience: - The target audience for this video series is intermediate individuals who have some knowledge and experience in fitness and body recomposition. - The content will be tailored to their level, providing more advanced techniques and strategies to help them achieve their goals.
