Tool for converting DSS to MP3 format on Linux

This project is to build a command line tool that will take as input a DSS format audio file and convert it to MP3. The tool you build should not require WINE or any other Windows support, it should work on Linux stand-alone. Delivery includes: 1) Installation on my server 2) Upload of binary and complete source code 3) Basic documentation for setup/installation Please don't hesitate to ask questions before bidding. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
