I currently have an issue with my MailWizz email marketing software's bounce processing feature. Specifically, it's failing to correctly process bounce emails. Despite there being no recent system changes or alterations to my email settings, bounced emails in the system are being inaccurately marked; as a result, the efficiency and accuracy of my email marketing campaigns are compromised. The ideal candidate for this job would have the following: - Proven experience in working with MailWizz software - Deep understanding of email marketing systems and bounce processing - Ability to diagnose and fix software malfunctions timely - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail The main duties will involve: - Diagnosing why bounce processing feature is failing to mark bounce emails correctly. - Implementing a solution that will optimally correct the problem. - Ensuring bounce emails are accurately processed moving forward.
