SMPS Circuit - PCB Design & Testing

Even if you pump in 3.2KW and extract 3.0KW from it, it would still be 200W dissipation. How do you justify small heatsink for it ? Even if you think temp rise to be 50°C then also heatsink should be rated at 0.25°C/W which should be at least in Kilogram unless you plan to add super noisy server kind of fans for forced cooling. Also I don't think any SMD MOSFETs would be adequate for this job. I am not bidding on this project because of low budget. Just shared a point which I find inappropriate in spec. Thank you.

You can use a phase-shift full bridge topology. Controller is very important because of the potential noise. We have a laboratory with oscilloscope, high voltage probe, high current probe, power rating test, power source. We have experiences in power electronics area. We can help you in this project.
