Last time I made 10s Li-ion BMS one of BQ chip series that meet UL standard and also able communicating wirelessly over WiFi using an ESP32 ( Please see in my Portfolio ). For your application I would propose to use a stackable 12s battery monitor BQ79612-Q1 that support internal balancing up to 240mA and an accurate Coulomb Counter. BMS IC: BMS IC that can handle 12S (12 cells) LTO batteries, such as the LTC6813. Microcontroller: Selecting a microcontroller (MCU) to interface with the BMS IC and handle communication, data processing, and Coulomb counting.
