I am looking for a customer support representative to handle daily replies and inquiries for Ladaza & Shopee Stores. Our clients primarily from Malaysia, so understand and able to communicate in ENGLISH & MALAY are a must. I’m looking for someone who has provided customer service to online e-commerce companies in the past (especially the ones that sell physical products). We will be providing the first few days of training to help you understand what we’re selling, what sort of questions our customers ask, and how to best answer inquiries This is eventually going to be a full-time job. However, we will evaluate your performance in the 1st few weeks, which the candidate require to maintain an average response rate within 30mins.
