Dolphin Experts ONLY! / PHP Tweaking / Layout and Design Work

Looking for someone to continue the work started on my Dolphin site. This is not a dating site but is a community style site based upon the features offered in the Dolphin software. Person must be able to communicate well and respond quickly. The site already has been started but needs more work. CSS knowledge will be helpful and PHP knowledge is essential. I will also be looking for someone to promote the site and install affiliate links but that will be a separate payment after the site is fully functioning as desired. Members of this site are able to upload video, music, and photos in their profiles. Profiles are searchable by visitors according to the category the member has chosen. For example, if you are a member listed under the category of "Financial Planning" then visitors could search for Financial Planners in their area according to zip code distances.
