I am going live with a client for whom I developed a customized SharePoint 2013 system using Nintex Workflow. The system uses Windows Server 2012 running on a dedicated Rackspace server, SharePoint 2013 Foundation, SQL Server 2012 Express and Nintex Workflow 2013. Over time as needs and volume grows there may be a need to upgrade to SharePoint Server and SQL Server Standard. You are expected to have a basic knowledge of SharePoint administration, development is a plus. From a database standpoint you will monitor the databases, set up backups, maintain indexes as needed etc. It is not very complex. You will also apply operating system patches as required and SharePoint upgrades. If you are able to you can also make SharePoint enhancements as required including the integration with another system via REST API that I have posted as a separate development project on Freelancer.com. Please propose a detailed checklist of the known monthly tasks that you will perform and/or create jobs to perform which you will monitor. Remember there is no SQL Agent available as the system currently uses SQL Server Express. Indicate your $ requirements to do so. Once you begin the project you will send me a monthly report indicating completion of your duties and send me alerts at once. Due to the sensitive nature of the data and compliance requirements, you will need to successfully complete a background check and sign a non disclosure agreement. For these reasons you must apply as an individual, preferably based in the United States.
