After considering your Project I have made Action Plan which is as follows:
Categorizing Transactions-
Will go through your Quickbooks account and understand the type of transactions.
Will create the rules for automatic categorization of transactions.
-Designing (Invoice and Payslips)-
For designing part I would first like to know your requirements then I would be able to suggest you but from the top of my head I would require your company logo for Invoice templates, Pay slips.
-Designing (Reports)-
I would understand your requirement and on that basis will design the report.
