Download Files and then Upload [Part 2]

Hello all, I want somebody to download MP3 files from my server and then upload the files to my other website using a web form that you need to fill in the title, tags, a little description, choose a category and the file. Then once uploaded, add an image to it. All information will be taken from the first site and another site. This needs to be done for 600 files. This process to take about 2-3 minutes for each file depending on your internet connection. I need someone to do this ***accurately***! I am also hoping someone can start now. I have prepared a video tutorial on this task to make everything clear. There is another person working on this project too. Notes: 1) Payment via GAF only of no more than $30 2) Accuracy needed
