Hi We are looking for someone that can supply mailing lists by either web scraping or using a data account such as RealQuest or DataTree. The ideal candidate should have experience with county research for real estate data. Your task will be to supply a list of 500 records in an Excel sheet. To be sure that you have good attention to details please type 'dirtdeeds' as the first word in your proposal. Required data columns are: 1) APN 2) Owner Name 3) Mailing Address - Street 4) Mailing Address - City 5) Mailing Address - State 6) Mailing Address - Zip Code 7) Parcel size (acres) You will be provided with a list of parcel numbers. We will verify the accuracy of your results by choosing 10 rows from your data sheet and checking them directly against the data from the county website. Screenshots will be captured. If the 10 records do not match we will dispute the payment for this project, so please be sure to do a good job. DO NOT open a chat to discuss this project. We do not have time for that. Simply submit your proposal and samples of lists you have built for other clients. Thank you.
