I'm looking to hire a Customer Services Officer to handle customer complaints using a formal communication style. They will be expected to answer calls and emails, process orders and refunds, and handle customer complaints on a regular basis. I anticipate the work being more than 20 hours per week so I'm looking for an experienced individual that can commit to working this much. This is the factory job in South Plain Field , NJ. The officer should be able to commute to the office five days a week.
