Excel file formatting

My database in my phone has too many duplicates, delete out duplicate first. I’m in the process of scrubbing my data base one contact at a time by calling and verifying and updating their information, and in some cases delete out the individual contact. So I’d like to be able to separate all my contacts with first name beginning with A in a list format with blank space beneath the existing Fn, Mn, LN, Email, birthdate, and address....leaving relatively spaced for writing in the updated data collected, then print my database one alphabetical category at a time from A - Z list. I would like to be able to print possibly 5 to 15 contacts per page on an 8 1/2 x 11 comfortably with enough space to write in their updated information. I would like the information in an Excel format that I can manually update from my written list once I go through my entire database. I will at some point once I go through the entire database delete out all my contacts from my cell and upload the updated information into my cell phone or my CRM
