collect worldwide email addresses for cement companies

I sell a product to cement companies world wide. I need to collect as many email addresses and also fax numbers together with the names of key directors eg Euro Cement company email fax number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx directors..... Mr John Doe managing director Mr Philip Thompson financial director I will pay most for real email addresses little for just sales at addresses There are approximately 3,000 cement companies worldwide all have websites with full fax numbers etc the best way to quote is per 500 items we will go country by country I will provide a country list in sequence we have already got 50 Indian fax numbers but no email addresses the data will be kept in Excel
