I'm excellent at talking to people and all my life I've been the life of the party in the sense that I can talk to almost anyone including people I don't know and have nothing in common. I also used to work in a call centre (BPO) in our city's IT hub. I worked 6 months for Webel in customer support. So I do have quite a bit of experience in talking to people and resolving their issues and redirecting issues to other departments as and when needed. Unlike most BPO employees that I saw in my time at WEBEL, I actually liked my job as I could talk to complete strangers and help them out.. I really love doing that. That's why I think I'm your guy for this job.
