There are 56 pages have some 250 business cards scanned. Each business card will need to be entered into the a spreadsheet that is also attached. The following rules shall apply
1. Only English business details shall be entered into the spreadsheet
2. It there is a middle name or initial, or multiple middle names this should be entered into the column marked 2nd & 3rd names
3 If it is a US address, convert the state abbreviation to the full state name, eg if CA then type in California
4. If company has an abbreviation and long name shown on the business card add the long name
5, Add in the full telephone number as shown in the business card
