Good CSS/Responsive designer from Ahmedabad

We are looking for a very good front-end website designer. An enthusiastic web designer who is able to make very clean and professional CSS and HTML/HTML5 code structures. A web designer who also knows all ins and outs about responsive designing and who is very precise in naming consistency . Furthermore the web designer needs to have a good feeling about how to keep the website in line with the corporate identity of a company. Someone who has a good feeling about how to use fonts and colors and how to use them consistent. We are looking for someone who wants to make web sites on a perfection level.
