344330 Small fixes for my gallery

- I added my website header and footer to my gallery using iframe. Therefore dropdown menu open to up (instead of down). This must be fixed. - Rating stars doesn't look good on IE. On Firefox they seem fine. - On individual image page, 2 banner must be added. One to left, and one banner to right side. - On main page, when browsing with IE there needs to be more padding between the thumbnails and the gallery description. - When you enter first image of gallery, next image thumb on the right side seems bad. - Besides that, website must be looked same on IE and Firefox.
