158510 CSS Template Page Conversion

We need 6 template pages converted from non compliant table pages to pages created of pure tableless css xhtml transitional, must be w3c compliant and able to be validated via the tools provided there without error. I'd like identical pages created to what we have existing in this new css tableless format. To be clear, we don't want any tables, only compliant css. Please submit samples of similar work you've performed in the past. We need this done quickly, please be able to complete work quickly.
