Simulating an algorithm using NS2

I need to simulate an algorithm using network simulator 2 and get the results. I will share you all the details if you are interested. Fuzzy-based Particle Swarm Optimization (FPSO) is a hybrid routing protocol, which I want to use it for Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANET). I want to use it for improvement of routing. During connection set up, every node broadcasts an INFO packet containing its antenna gain, congestion metric, maximum transmitting power and maximum speed limit. When an INFO packet is received by a node, first, the node stores the source address and corresponding information of the neighbor node in its INFORMATION cache and then calculates the Received Signal Strength Metric (RSSM) using information received from this packet. Fuzzy gets RSSM, Bandwidth and Congestion and calculates Link Validity. The output of fuzzy along with distance and adjacent nodes of a node are used for fitness function of PSO. Each particle is a possible route from source to the destination. Each route which has a more fitness value would be the candidate for the best route.
