I need an OpenCV resource who can create a C++ process that will do the following: 1. Create a RED rectangle that is a 500 x 500 area. 2. When a finger enters the center of the rectangle, and the image is in focus and not blurry, it will turn GREEN. 3. When the user presses the Return Key, the image is captured. 4. The captured image is resized to 400 x 400, and the background of the image is converted to BLACK. 5. New image with black background is saved. 6. Process starts again for the next fingertip. Please note that the ROI area must only turn Green when the finger area, and not the nail of the finger is in the ROI rectangle. an example will be shown in the chat room only
