At the outset, I do advise that I have extensive experience in copy writing, editing, media and public relations and in related professional disciplines. Therefore, I believe that I have the background necessary to undertake your project successfully. Some of my more significant and recent professional credits include two novels published internationally: "The Shadow Cast" and "The Miller Moth." In addition, I was a member of the White House staff for the U.S. President in the Office of Media Relations and Planning. Additionally, I maintain a lengthy list of clients from across the globe for whom I provide extensive services. Naturally, I will be more than happy to provide you with any additional information that you might need in consideration of my bid, including references. I do also want to make a couple of other important points. First of all, I want you to understand that I NEVER bid on projects only to pass them off to other freelancers. The manner in which people are passing of products they are bidding on to someone else utterly is unprofessional. I find that to be an unacceptable practice. Rather, I am part of a firm and I either do all work myself on a project or -- with a client's permission -- have another employee at my firm assist with the project. Additionally, we are U.S. based -- I think it is important to have native English speakers working on English copy for the best results. I would also add that I have a law degree and practiced law for a dozen years before heading up this firm. While I am not located in LA (we are headquartered in Denver and Miami Beach) I do get to LA with significant frequency.

we have lot of experience

Even though my book is not finished I already have the information on credit repair. The only thing that I would need to do is gather the data into one area because it is in different chapters. The proper and accurate inforamtion would include addresses of all three credit bureaus, proper format letters, how to track when correspondence is recieved by each bureau, the fact that certain things can not be deleted, when a change in the (fico) credit score will take place.
