Technical Writing - 'Whitepapers'/Web Technology

I need 11 Web Technology Articles Ghostwritten ASAP. They would fall into two categories 5 x 3000-4000 word Whitepapers which require **full journal style referencing** and **substantial research** on five specific topics relating to web-based project development. 6 x 1500-2000 word technical articles (with some trusted, quality outbound links as references only) on six specific topics in the same genre; To total 15-20,000 words for the whitepapers and 9-12,000 words for the technical articles.
