Write Simple 20-Page Report On Vegetarian Cooking

We are seeking a writer to create a 20 page short report (at least 9,000 words) on the subject of Vegetarian Cooking. NO RESEARCH REQUIRED.  We are looking for a casual, conversational style of writing that the average reader can grasp and implement. Imagine the person sitting right in front of you, so write the way you talk. This style is written in the first person and uses the present tense and active verbs. It uses a lot of  I’s and You’s to get the message across.
