Write Children book short stories with Illustrations

PLEASE READ THROUGH THE WHOLE PROJECT BEFORE SUBMITTING FOR IT I’m looking for 5 short stories for children aged 0-7. Essentially the stories must: Create experiences of happiness and fantasy; Involve challenges to the imagination and stimulate creativity; Allow for interaction with the written language. The stories must involve feelings, values, emotion and movement, be playful and allow for small children to name objects and characters, create their own little stories, develop skills that are appropriate to the age group, like point, turn pages, recognize features, make associations, and other activities. They need to be fun and give children the opportunity to absorb positive messages and encourage them to talk about new things. I’m looking for that kind of story that you as a parent would enjoy and be happy to tell your own children with a smile on your face. If you can create stories for ages 0-3 with rhymes, illustrations that would be helpful with the story that would be a big plus I’ll expect each story to be presented in a Word file including: 1. An artwork brief for each page or double page spread. The books will be highly illustrated. 2. A basic page plan (ideally 24 or 32 pages) 3. A quick summary (no more than one paragraph that could be used in the back cover blurb). The subject matter. We need the stories to fit into the most diverse group of children you can imagine, so good themes will be those with the widest scope possible which would appeal to different levels of literacy, cultures, social groups and environments. Good stories would creatively touch on universal subjects like friendship, diversity, acceptance, love, or be associated with a particular event or stage of young family life, or those where animal characters help children to make sense of human feelings, experiences and relationships. There’s only one way to pick a winner for this job which is to see previous work, so please send me samples or links to websites with your published material, or if you are an unpublished author please feel free to send through any original stories that you have in your drawer. I don’t necessarily need to see complete stories - a paragraph describing the plot and the main features will do just fine. Your bid will be for 5 stories. I’ll need the winning bidder to sign a contract assigning the full, exclusive and worldwide rights to me. Please bid knowing that you would provide illustrations for the stories.
