Product development strategy

Hi, We are launching a product (web based service). I am looking at people with expertise in managing a product/project The work involves studying competition, designing the features for the next version and finalizing on the technology choices. You will be interacting with me directly through phone and email. Upon selection I will send you the product descriptions, web sites and copetitor sites. Then our work starts. Your output will be a document with competition analysis, features for the future versions (at least 2) and the recommendation on technology and team composition. If I like your work, I will also engage you in future projects. The total work may be 30-40 hours. But, you estimate 50 hours and quote for that. We will need to complete the project in the next 30 days. My first choice will be freelancers with experience in technology management.
