This is not a bid, but simply a notation to you. What you are proposing is a violation of Federal Law in the USA and following through with it, if you are indeed in the USA could result in jail time and/or deportation. Using Federal grant money to pay for grant writers has always been illegal. I do not know that you are interested or that you even care, but before you end up in jail, or worse yet, cause someone else to end up in Federal jail, I figured you should know.
