Timing is everything- Business Leadership

I want an e-book on the relevance and importance of "timing" to the business model and business environment. The topic should be covered with some factual information and written in a compelling yet approachable format. The target audience is small business owners/managers that are pushed for time and want to read and digest the information contained in the e-book quickly. An 8- 10 step methodology to understanding and implementing the "Timing" model would be required
