Write a Contract

I am seller financing a 2014 Forest River Rockwood 8325SS Travel Trailer. I am selling it out the state of Texas. I am owner financing it to guy named Joe Huff and is giving me the title 2005 ford f250 crew cab Lariat diesel to hold as collateral. I would this to be in the contract that if he stops paying me for 4 consecutive months that I own the title of the truck. I am selling the travel trailer for $42,000 with $4,000 down payment to Joe. I am financing $38,000 at 9.99% interest over 180 months. The monthly payments come out to be $408.12. The down payment gets tricky. The day of the sale (January 24, 2016) he is going to pay me $1,000 down payment and the first months mortgage payment of $408.12. Then on February 4, 2016, February 18, 2016 and April 4, 2016 he is going to pay me $1,000 towards the down payment on top of the monthly mortgage. I would like all of that embedded in the contract please. I've never owner financed a trailer but I would like a late fee of $30 per day that the check is late. I would like every monthly check due at the 5th of the month. It would be great if this contract could be done in a Word document so I can go in and edit it later on.
