The Local at Granbury - An Experiential Hospitality Desitination

We are looking for an experienced service provider to help create an immersive hospitality destination in Granbury, Texas. Our goal is to provide a memorable experience to families that is mid-range in luxury and comfort. We require accommodation services as well as food and beverage, events, and activities design and consulting. The location and design of this destination should be such that it offers an exceptional and unique experience that emphasizes quality and affordability. We are looking for a team with expertise in hospitality that will help us design and develop this destination to meet our vision and budget. We want a total of (5) cabins on the property, one of which already exists as a silo. We also want to have a pool that overlooks the lake, a dock, kids playground, and firepit(s). Each home needs to have a driveway to the home and room for two cars to be parked. Also, the site plan will have a single driveway from 3729 Blueberry Ct.. The plan needs to account for any floodplain or topography. Attached are images of the property and a map that shows the boundaries.
