Conduct telephonic consultation as well as on-premise visit to the Clients. Activation for Clients as well as leading customer & employee training sessions on SalesForce. Maintain ongoing business relationship and provide technical support/troubleshooting services to customer on the Business Center
• Administrative Tasks: Preparing all relevant paperwork and establishing protocol for implementation visits, business travel coordination, answering phones, post management, schedule management, web uploads, presentation preparation.
• Ad hoc projects: Introduction and Identification of customer’s Christmas marketing campaigns. Reporting of workflow on SalesForce and Business Center
