There is a MS SQL Table which has file paths. We need an windows console application (cmd line), to read these files paths from MS SQL table and upload to Amazon S3 storage. Requirements * Should be written in C# - VS Studio 2012 * Get the Database file paths from the app config file * Data should be read from SQL 2014 table * When the files are read, status should be updated "File upload in progress" in the SQL table * When each file to upload (S3) is completed, update the SQL table with status "Upload completed" and date time * Only Stored procedures should be used to read and write to database tables
