Need an application to create multiple virtual desktops

SHORT DESCRIPTION: I need a software written in C# using [login to view URL] framework. The software will allow you to have 4 virtual desktops, each with their own task bar, programs that are running, and allows each virtual desktop to have games running on them. Switching between desktops must be SMOOTH using hotkeys. Application should also have features like setting programs in advance for each desktop, setting processor affinity when in a different desktop (example, if you are in Desktop 1, then Desktop 2 applications can have processor affinity set to LOW), and more features. Application should have ability to configure where a program will be (sizing the window of a program) on each virtual desktop environment. Must be written in C# using MahApps.Metro.
